popular websites like myspace.com or slashdot.org have their main sections shown by google, like for slashdot it shows description of website then :

Games - Slashdot: News for nerds, stuff that matters
Submit Story - Slashdot Submissions
Developers - Slashdot: News for nerds, stuff that matters
Apple - Slashdot: News for nerds, stuff that matters

does anyone know how do i get the same ?

Google has not published the criteria your site has to satisfy to get those extra links shown. I would imagine your site has to appear to Google to be really, really, really good in the context of the search phrase.

did someone from google wrote to webmaster talk and said hey we want your main sections or is it something that just appeared one day ?
