Say I have a site that has a pile of content, but the content is just buried. Will the google mini only help me if I want to install a search button on my site, or will it also make all my content more relevant to the rest of the internet, to all the search engines that search my site?

from what i understand the google mini is for searcing your files on your machines. It's nothing to do with the regular google or the internet and has no effect on either.
