I have made more than ten websites and all of them are indexed by Google within one week. The best and easiest way may be posting your website links on popular blogs. However, most blogs use a rel="nofollow" attribute on links so google wont follow links posted. So the problem is to find some friendly blogs that don't use "nofollow". In fact, there are many such blogs. Im in China and many Chinese blogs can do this work. Just keep trying.

Or you could just post them in forums and wait 2 days. That's the easiest way just to get it indexed.

On one hand, most forums prohibit such self-promotions. On the other hand, most forums (relatively more than blogs) use "nofollow". For example, post links in this forum is of no help.
