It seems like Google will crawl your site pretty quickly, especially if you use a sitemap. But the actual listing and indexing of your site seems to be slower in the past year.

I think it depends some on your site and how crawlable you make it. It also depends on how many and what quality links you have coming into the site. I'll be honest I never pay attention to when I get indexed. I know it's going to happen and usually I have enough other things to do in the time it takes to really worry about it.

I did just put up a single page to a new site on my blog and the one page was indexed in a couple of days. It's only a single page though. I don't think it's ever taken more than a week or two for any site I've put up to start getting indexed.

But like I said I really don't pay all that much attention.

Depends on how soon DMOZ adds the site and then Google updates their feed.
