recently i have noticed that if i search for companies like MEDITECH by typing 'meditech' in google, it displays the home page and few inside page links in the same result itself

How can i acheive the same for my website?

Build a site that google thinks is completely awesome and the perfect site to send the person to when they do that search.

stOx is right, you also want a site that users are looking for pages within the site, when I dropped a Javascript drop down menu from melges24.com and replaced it with a ul li CSS menu Google immediately rewarded me with the internal links.

I think the ordering of the menu gave them a way to rank page importance within my page.
