TODAY'S WEBMASTER-TALK LESSON: LOOK AT THE SITES PEOPLE PUT IN THEIR SIGNATURES
sck4784: you've got two low-quality sites that are similar in content and have the exact same layout (hemorrhoids-treatment-guide.com and hemroids-information.com). The only difference is that each site focuses on a variant of the spelling of "hemorrhoids." Heck, they even use the same ballerina girl! (By the way, that's some great stock imagery...every time I see The Nutcracker, I want to reach for the Preparation-H tube too!)
This will not, will not, WILL NOT work for you in the long run. Even if you happen to pick up a phrase or two related to hemorrhoids, someone in the SEO industry will eventually report you for spamming or pulling dirty tricks. And you'll be caught with your pants down, as it were.
You're better off making one useful resource of a site, getting rid of the silly reciprocal links (they won't do you a bit of good anyway), and cleaning it up so that users can benefit. If you do that, people will link to it and your crawling issue will be solved.
TODAY'S WEBMASTER-TALK LESSON #2:
Never look at sites about hemorrhoids while eating pepperoni pizza for dinner. It's a bit of a buzzkill.
