How do i get a better page rank and page score ?

How do i get a better page rank and page score because if i advertise on google ad words my ad's wont show near the top pages because i dont have much page score how do i change this ? Do you have to spend money on this because i have spend so much on setting up other things i dont have much left

You will need a quality/ high pr site's (links) one of the big factor to have a good factor. this will give lots of credits...

If you are using adwords then your ad's position is determined by how much you are bidding on a particular keyword. Is that what you mean? If it is, then this has nothing to do with PaeRank.

Where your AdWord's ad is displayed has nothing to do with page rank. It's a little more than just what you bid, but PR has nothing to do with it.
