No update. New data was factored in a couple of days ago (maybe backlinks and PR changed internally at Google), leading to some changes in site positions.

False alarm, but google seems to be updating SERP's on a daily basis.

yes, but that doesn't mean they are daily updates.
GG said on WMW: "People should expect to see daily or near-daily updates this coming year as we continually update our index data..."

So you can expect daily updates 'soon'.
