can you be more specific?
are you talking about Goolge SE's?

if then, SE's can crawled and getting info of a site by text. Using Alt on image is a good option.

Pretty easy, post a link to the image! I did this here:

First the image and below the link to the image, tagged with Keywords. It takes a while, but it´s working and brings good traffic.
