Why are you spending so much concern over the totally meaningless toolbar display, it's always out of date, will change depending on which DC google happen to send the toolbar queries to at that moment/hour/day, inaccurate because a display of 4 could be 3.5 or 4.4999999999
It could be that the toolbar value was 3.5 (shows 4) and a page with a link to your site was offline last time a update was done and now the value is 3.4999999999999999999 (shows 3)
Why care about a potential change of 0.000000000000000001? it's not like it makes a difference to anything. Unless you sell links to idiots who think it means something of course.
There is nothing you can do to change it so why bother? there are far more important things than can make a difference.
