Internally, Constantly.
Toolbar PR is updated about 4 times a year. There has just been an update.

they says (someppl says) its about 2 or 3 times a year. I was lucky at the time I sign up a blog, google updates the index lol.

its about the end of december 2006, or early month of january 2007

As far as I know google PR updates constantly. We can see just googletoolbar PR updates.

So in reality, it makes no difference at all what toolbar pr says because it's innacurate and outdated and hs no effect on SERPS...

try to check some stats/chart of google PR updates and try to expect the PR updates you are waiting on. Cause really, no one knows when PR going to update exactly.

Yea that’s right what others are saying here. The PR export had just been done in the previous week and you’ll have to wait for a while now for the next one.

In the mean time you can work on quality link building as advised above, also work on the off-page factors of your website as they are much important than the on-page factors of SEO. Get some quality and unique content updated in this span as it matters a lot.

based on the past pr updates its 3 to 4 months. But its difficult to determine when the updates Began. by the way see this link for your refference.
