Hi,
Can someone enlight me a bit on how Google (and also Yahoo, MSN) indexes the URLs with or without www. Many of my sites have been indexed and appears both with and whithout www before the domain name. Is this considered to be duplicates or aliases that are not accepted and penalized by the search engines?
I really dont understand why this double indexing is happening since I have tried to submit them all the same way. Most likely I have done some submitting whithout www I guess.
Google shows page ranks (different) for the sites with and whithout www. I am being indexed by Google but way down in the results, this also for sites with PR4.
Thanks for your advice.
