Is it just me or does google have a terrible customer support service? They only have email, which they don't even respond to. Does anyone have any other ways of contacting Google?

I have also found google to be very helpful, and they do seem to respond rather quickly, but maybe I just caught them on the right day. Send them another email and you should hear back from them.

My adwords account went balistic earlier this week - racked up over 2 million impressions and hundreds of clicks even though the campaign was paused.

I emailed them about it, and the next day I had an email from them confirming that they had found a bug with my account and that they'd be refunding me the money I was charged for clicks.

I've had this happen a few other times and they've been just as responsive.

And no... I didn't mind the free traffic one bit
