Hi Friends,
Generally, webmasters think that the only way of getting indexed is to submit their site to search engine. Is it possible for one webmaster to get his website get indexed quickly without submitting it to Google? If yes, how?

Find a way for SE's to find your site through links, also consider the quality of links.

If your website is good and websites backlink to yours, theres no need google will find you, as will all the other serach engines. But theres no problem in submitting to google yourself.

even if you don't submit to SE's your site will still be indexed. you can get many relevant back links to your site for it to be indexed

That was maybe true ten years ago, but nobody submits to search engines anymore. Well, that's probably not true, considering how often the question comes up. So, let's rephrase: nobody benefits from submitting their site to search engines.
Drop a link in this thread, Google will crawl this page, discover a new URL they don't already know about, and then you'll get crawled. Maybe not indexed - that depends on what they think of the quality and originality of your site - but you'll get crawled.

If your site have backlinks from PR 6 or greater site, Google will index your site within less than a week.

I've never sumbitted any of my sites to a SE, but they all got indexed within a few days, here's how I did it, sent and email with my site (and url) to a gmail email account, put a link to my (new) site on another site, the SE's find it quick enough and start crawling after a while

use a keyword tool to find keywords e.g. "organic baby food", then register a domain name based on the keyword, i.e. www.organic-baby-food.com etc. Get an article written on organic baby food, I use www.need-an-article.com. Submit your article to one of the popular article directories (don't submit to multiple article directories because you can get penalized by google for having duplicate content), that's all! I tried this many times, and it works. Submit more articles for best results.

You dont need to submit to google to get indexed. I never submitted any of my sites to google. Basically you need to put links from good sites (which can be yours as well) so that when the crawler visits that site it will automatically land up on your site through the links.

Submit multiple articles to article directories and remember to include a link to your website. Also, posting on forums and including a link to your site in your signature.

Actually, by submitting your site to Google it'll probably go to the sandbox, which is a quarantine that Google applies to new domains. It's better to avoid submitting it and just stick with the quality inbound links.

Nope.
All brand new sites go through the "aging delay" process and submitting (or not) will make no difference at all.

Submitting to google won't make anything happen. I think if you get one link from a high PR site will get site indexed.

I got my site indexed in google in about 7 days. you need links and good links. but they will index you really fast if you have them. like I said my site was indexed in 7 days. I would also submit your URL.
