Hi submitted my sitemap to google and all went well. I used a pain txt document in notepad and downloaded it to my website.
Now i've got some changes, additional pages, to my sitemap and I honestly forget how to do it. Any help would be appreciated.
I did the same thing I did in the first place and it went back and took my first submission without the additonal pages. i'm stumped.

You don't. It recrawls automatically.

Adam is right; but to make your life easier, you can always use the generator I and many other Webmasters use shown here

i agree, even without a sitemap, site's page will be crawled. Find a way for SE's to find your site, through links.

I found that having a sitemap increased the number of pages being indexed. I went from 20 or so pages to 800 just by uploading a sitemap

I think what your asking is how to resubmit your sitemap. If you go to http://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/ and log in then click your site and goto "sitemap" tab, there is a button to resubmit. Otherwise you can just wait for it to revisit your site. Hope this helps.

thanks for all your help guys so far.
sabin, i did go to resubmit. i had 337 pages that were indexed and added about 50 more pages and then resubmitted sitemap after they were added and uploaded to my site. goggle still only showed 337 pages on my sitemap. maybe, as discussed above, it just takes awhile for google to index all the pages.
