"google to pick up my key word" doesn't really make sense. I'm guessing what you really want is to be highly ranked in google for the terms "free games" and "free games online".

Let's assume you have great content

You'll need to get quality text links using your chosen keywords as anchor text. A good option would be to get some game related bloggers or other game related sites to write some reviews about your site. Google will sniff out your site from these links...

I think the phrases you are targeting will take more than some basic optimization. The meta keywords tag has no effect on where you rank. Search engines don't really look at it anymore. Ultimately you'll need more links pointing into your site than you have.

You're asking a very general question though. I'm not sure anyone can give you a few pointers and in applying them you'll rank on page 1.

The first thing I would do is make your site more consistent between pages. Clicking on a few links I had to check the url to see if I was still on the same domain. I'd also work on writing better page titles. I see page titles like 'page' and 'gonline page 1 of 3' Those aren't going to help much unless you're trying to rank for 'page' and 'gonline'

Get more quality links using your targeted keywords as anchor text.

The area you are in is highly competitive, so as all the above posters have told quality content and quality links will help you, but you shouldn't expect you'll be on top overnight, that's a long process. Good luck.
