Here is a message from one of my new users:
I just did a search on Google for "content creation forum", and your web forum came up as the second or tird top search result. Thanks.

Marx Vergel MelencioRe: Hi Yea, I must have no idea what I am talking about, and also I must have no idea how to rank or decide what keywords would work good for my forum. I do like others input, but I am not new to the game . And I know Content Creation Forum is serached by webmaster's sooo...What better way to get targeted traffic for free. Then grab a phrase like I did. Please tell me the way you would do it.

Um ... your user wrote to tell you what position you rank for some term in Google? If they're a member of your community they would either have you bookmarked, or type in the url. Regular users don't go through the trouble of Googling the site they want every time.

The reason I asked where this guy came from was to shove it into Adam's face. That he was saying all kinds of crap about me knowing what I am doing it's not like he randomly sent me that.

Okay, so a random conment that may or may not have been posted by a complete stranger and cannot be verified to a board that you've spammed repeatedly in places somehow constitutes proof that you somehow know what you're talking about?
I don't even know where to begin telling you how stupid that sounds.

None of my visitors ( the ones who say "Hi I like your site" and the ones that hire me to shoot photos for them ) have ever mentioned what position I was for what keyword in Google. They just tell me whatever it is that they wanted to write to say.
Also, isn't it a remarkable coincidence that one of your "users" choose the exact search phrase that no one has ever actually used before, that you happen to be optimizing a site that's been up for less than a week for. Some guy in the southern hemisphere just happened to do a search for "content optimization form" and then tell you about the experience.
I'm sorry to give you such a hard time, but every detail of your story sounds made up. Maybe it's not, who knows, but there's a certain fantastical quality, like you're telling us about this old woman who lives in a gingerbread house and eats children.
Honestly, I can't imagine why you would want to rub Adam's or any other user's face in anything?

Well any more proof I would be glad to show ya. Just let me know what I can do to show you I am being honest with you. I asked the person how he found my forum.
He said he serached Content Creation Forum and I was 2nd or 3rd on the list.
I was interested because my traffic has been increasing steadily since I started adding unqie content to the site daily.

A minor detail that changes quite a lot about the story. Anyway, I agree, yawn.

Spreading misinformation? Where exactly did I spread misinformation?
1) You sent me an unsolicited message to join a forum.
2) You pretended you were a user of that forum rather than its owner.
3) You've offered silly contests to try and get people to post there, which indicates that not enough people are finding you.
Show me where the misinformation is again? Yeah, I thought so. Give it up already.
