Google identifies itself as googlebot. If I were place instructions in my .htaccess file if I make it so that when google reads the page it has a different index file instead of index.php ,and redirects google to the file could I fill the file with discriptive words for the pictures and content and just have an entire page full of discriptive words and links to the files on the website.

Also how would I redirect based on browser name etc with PHP and the .htaccess file

Cloaking? That's probably the best way to get removed from google. I would strongly advise you not to do it.
