I don't think any of us can answer that question with any degree of accuracy but I think we'll all agree that the answer is "probably" yes, it does affect SEO. Your final landing page will have a referring page listed as a page within your site. Is this OK? An educated guess says probably not. If your initial landing page is a normal page with full content/meta, you might be able to get away with the PHP header/location vs. some sort of java script, etc. The search engines "might" view this as a normal page.

If anyone has a more accurate answer, I'm interested in learning more about this topic myself.
