I have a question about analytics and hopefully someone can help me out, specifically the E-commerce section.
I undestand that the E-Commerce tracks transactions along with items pertaining to that transaction. My Question is, am I able to define other parameters like 'Contact Name' or 'Ship to name'? I have tried defining a 'segment' but I dont think that's correct. Does analytics track the information I need?
