1) Because you are on the 3rd page and people who want to 'make money online' aren't travelling as far as the 3rd page

2) The snippet of your site that is displayed in the SERPS doesn't differentiate you from the rest of the crowd (neither does your content, but potential visitors aren't getting that far)

I would suggest that:
1) You find a market that isn't so competitive
2) You write your content better. It is very poorly written.
3) You write something that is original. The 'information' on your site can be found in many, many, many places. It's not new. It has no discernible value to the reader.

When I see "Make Money Online" I know it's a scam run by someone who doesn't know how to make money and is trying all the bottom-feeder tricks, so I never visit. Don't think I'm alone.

gringo hit on your major problem...your content is subpar. You're actually pretty lucky to get the number of visitors that you're getting. Put up something original, well-written, and that isn't a scam (as John quite rightly pointed out) and the rest will likely take care of itself.

Well, I agree with all the above plus your domain is new and I don't see many backlinks and the ones you do have do not appear to be relevant. Looks like you have about 31 pages indexed by G, so I think you're doing pretty well to be on page 3 and getting 5 visitors a day. Just my 2.5 cents worth.
