A certain brand new user joined this very site and in the span of less than an hour, has made 50 posts plugging his spam service. I think linux900 is a robot and not a real human, but somewhere, some human paid to promote thizzy dot com by means of spam.
I went to http://google.com/webmasters/ and there's a link for "report spam in our index." It goes to https://www.google.com/webmasters/to...amreport?hl=en if anyone needs it. But none of the common spam techniques - doorway pages, hidden text, etc - are listed. There's an other check box and a text input field to explain. Maybe that's what I should do.
But is there a better way to report spam-dexing? I know Google takes it very seriously when they get a report of an unsolicited email asking to trade links, because I've seen Matt comment on this on his blog. I essentially want to do the same thing. Even though I'm sure the mods here will remove all the crap this jerk left all over the floor, I think it's my duty as a web site owner who complies with Google's rules, to make them aware of something they probably don't know of yet, when it's shoved in my face like this.
So does anybody know how to make this type of spam report?
