I have created a new web site for web pages design
I got into google tools and I entered my site I have done everything and my site now is enrolled in google
But when I am putting my web site title in google is not coming up or is comming up in the last page
I am a complete begginer in google search engine process so i do not know what else should i do.
I am sending you the meta tags that I have created for my site

Google rank has very little to do with meta tags, (although they are becoming slightly more important) It has more to do with page content, back links and general page structure.

It is hard to see what you could do without seeing your site though.

Type in site:www.yoururl.tld and see if your site is indexed or not. If it's indexed, your site would rank better for the term "Pandora Web Box" if you optimize it.

Well, meta tags do not have a lot value in terms of indexing and ranking by google...if your sita has indexed by google than it will show your page title "Pandora Web Box" in search results..

First off, don't expect to get top rankings any time soon for any search phrase that has web design in it. Second of all if you just started you won't get high rankings for awhile. Thirdly don't start registering to every index you find and watch out for link exchanges. Read as much as you can about SEO before you make any decisions and make a plan of action and then execute it. This will take you a long time and be patient, but don't expect results over night or even too much over the course of the first year.

i agree with alot of that, none of your tags look anything unique and i can think of ten other sites whcih probally use the same tags.

All you should worry about is having good content and getting, linsk from GOOD QUALITY LEGITIMATE sites

dont worry too much about if you have a good site it will come eventually

it take time to get good rank ; need to optimize the page and other site element
and of page element., submissions, epically Social media Optimization(popular now days) you can get really healthy traffic.

I would first recommend focusing on the design end of your site before focusing them on SEO'ing your website.
