I removed my site from google because I wanted to change the site file name the way it was done etc but, how long will it take me to reenlisted it took less than a day to become removed

Ouch. You really should have just redirected your old files to your news ones. That way you would transfer rank right over to the new site and the old pages would automatically drop eventually.

Right, madk got the point. You don't want to removed it from google but only redirect it to your new site.

I want the page rank to be reassigned google found my site while it was under construction it probably got the link from the forum my main page had a video which brought you to the rest of my site I got a PR 2 so I want the page rank to be reassigned

PR is constantly reassigned. I'd redirect those pages, yesterday, to keep what you've built in the past and add that to your new version.
