I am reading up on how to optimize websites, create great keyword lists, descriptions etc etc.
Lots of the material is a little fluffy ! ie it says optimize but doesnt get into nitty gritty !!

Ok I know to list important words but here are a few questions to the forum in general .

1) repeating keywords - good or bad? Some info says its a waste of time it only picks up a word once other info says frequency is good. eg: First Security North Wales, Security North Wales, North Wales Door Security...... good or bad ???
2) frequency in description? which is better & how long should a description be

Recently my colleague has completed a site & spent ages registering it only to find it appear in google one day then dissapear the next as if no keywords existed ?? I cant seem to work out why - my own site appears top of the listings & I have repeated words & probably too many according to some of my research .....

Help & links to good sites & info appreciated !!

Your welcome to check out our http://www.auxic.com/fa_metatags.htm to find the what we have found works well over a number of search engines and proven from other sources.

Your example is ok, but to repeat a keyword over three times even in a similar context, plural, singular, for example can be considered spam by some robots. So rule of thumb don't use a word in any form more than three times in any one meta tag.

Check out our http://www.auxic.com/fa.htm for more articles like our http://www.auxic.com/fa_search_myth.htm. Hope this helps you out
