The Other Search Engines

I have been looking for a good low cost search PPC search engine to draw additional traffic to my sites. I use 7search which is very good, except it cannot generate the traffic volume i am looking for.

any suggestions?

"good" and "low cost" are usually mutually exclusive terms.
