I just created my blogs healthystartforlifestyleliving.blogspot.com, i just wanna ask if i choose the right keyword, my keyword is healthy lifestyle but i change it to healthy lifestyle living because my main keyword which is healthy lifestyle has 8,620,000 competitors which i believe i couldn't compete yet because i am new to SEO,I choose healthy lifestyle living because it has only 4,150,000 competitors, do you think i choose the right keyword?

To be perfectly honest, with the knowledge you demonstrate in the majority of your posts here, 415 competing pages would be too many.
When you have been at it for a few more years and you have learnt enough to realise what you don't know, maybe several hundred thousand competing pages might be a viable proposition.
So! What about the other thousands of keywords and phrases that could be targeted.
But on the other hand, seeing as your splogs only really seem to exist as a vehicle for a bunch of crappy pharmacy paid links, who are you trying to fool?
Yourself, or us?

I suggest to use the keyword first with less competitors. Being a new site it's really hard to compete other site that was already established.

I want to recommand you to research your competition and view their Meta tags to see which keywords they are using. This is a great way to quickly list down the most commonly used keywords for your type of business. From this you will be able to know that whether you have chosen right keyword or not.

use all the keywords, simple as that.
But, just remember, Google does not use keywords...

Then you shouldn't have a problem beating them out.

If you would like to stay in the competition go for long tailed keywords...to avoid getting drowned on SERP's.. strategy plays well..

Hi meanne2007,
As your site is new, you should go with the keyword which has less compitition and later you should go with the high competition keyword.

Hi,
I think if your site is new then you should go for the keywords with less compititors. once your site get good traffic then you should add other keywords with more compititors.

No it's a myth, Google doesn't look at the title, at the content, the links, the tags...they just throw all the names of the competitors in a big hat and pick randomly.
Of course Google looks at keywords. But I think the bottom line of this post is that you either need to read a lot about SEO and optimize and market your site in a few months, or hire someone to do it for you. Doing SEO inefficiently will be VERY time consuming for very LITTLE results (or none).

Do you really think having the wrong keyword would hep? Having a right keyword would obviously help but remember to keep your website USER friendly and not only SEs friendly.
You should focus on a couple of keywords per page. Maybe 3/4 at the most and specialize each page for those.
example:
page 1: shirt
page 2: pants
page 3: underwear
instead of having all your pages targeting "clothing"
It's easier this way, it makes more sense and make your internal navigation easier for users

Here is my analysis for your blog:
healthy lifestyle living: 23 search query/month; 3,430,000 competitors
healthy lifestyle: 1315, search query; 8,520,000 competitors
Although you have lots of competitors on the two-words KW, it has better search query. All you need is to gain more BL to be on top pages for the KW.
USE "healthy lifestyle" as your KW.

I've always been under the impression your keywords, domain, and services should all be targeted to the keywords your potential customers are going to use when looking for these services, domains, and keywords.
The higher you can keep relevancy through out the entirety of the above, you will increase your pagerank, and search result placement. Search engines thrive on relevancy, remember that.

If these numbers are correct then my analysis is that you are targeting a very competitive keyword with hardly any search volume. ie. huge amount of work for hardly any return
I think you need to find a less competitive niche.

These keywords are very competitive so use less competitive key phrases and achieve ranking on them. Optimize your content with the use of these keywords in Blog.
