I have had several problems with Look Smart's inability (and apparent insensitivity) to customer needs (starting of course, with their converting customers involuntarily to the PPC system). Trying to get any kind of response from their "help" desk is fruitless.
Does anyone have the name/email of an executive or manager at Look Smart who might be in a position to have some kind of impact on positive change?
Compared to Overture or Google Look Smart does not look smart.
All I seem to be able to get is a cookie cutter response, at best.
There must be some way to get through.............to someone who "does" or at least "should" care.
