i agree key words are most importnt aspect for search engine optimization, its most frequent technique used, and yes adword keyword tool really helps

this is something I am struggling with!! I am teaching myself how to do all this stuff from the net and am finding soo much info that is contradicting, its hard to know what I am supposed to be doing!!!

The problem for anybody who has a real website (that's one that actually sells something as opposed to the MFA, lead generator junk) is the much of the so called "advice" is simply regurgitated drivel from the aforementioned MFA site operators and optimisers (using the term "optimisers" VERY loosely indeed).

Much of what you read about "keywords" etc is aimed at merely finding the "keywords" that drive "high paying clicks" on their adverts.

Keywords for REAL sites is something completely different, the keywords you need to be looking for are the one that drive buyers to your site.

Keyword tracking is most effective thing to get traffic on your site.On internet more traffic means more money.An effective keyword or phrase is one that is a popularly searched for by Internet users. There is no set value or limit above which all keywords can be deemed effective.You can probably think of at least 10 to 20 keywords off the top of your head you think are relevant to your site.

So simply start right if you want to have great result in the end. Otherwise, you'll stack at that point without knowing where to go. Try to invest both time, effort and strategy as well.

but i think keyword must get support from SEO (On page and Off page)..
it's very effective to help increase traffic and PR website ..

On Page Optimization :
choice and improving keyword in Url, Title, content website, keyword tags ...

Off Page Optimization :
social bookmarking
social networking
press release submission
article submission
forum submission
internet marketing
blog walking
blog commenting

I just think that the only purpose of doing SEO is to get right visitors or potential customers. And so, choosing keywords is just to that purpose. If you do SEO well, you can drive so many visitors to your site, but once you choose wrong keys, visitors will not be potential customers anymore. That why we need to do keyword choosing.

I would say title is the most important consideration, put the keywords in the title.

I don't really know about all of the other sites but I have used joomla, wordpress, blogger, weebly and some other small ones. Wordpress kicks but on all accounts as long as you have the right plugins.....

Keyword is the most factor in SEO, it will start with this task, it's not tough, webmaster using online tools for choosing relevant keywords for your website, people using google adwords keyword tools. searching keywords to your website it's a easy. just showing your website, which is your website theme, which product or services it will sell or buy.. this type of criteria should be keep in mind when you searching keyword to your website. you also keep in mind that search volume is most important so u should take care when u searching keywords..
