If I wanted to run a keyword report on a certain URL....is the a tool that will crawl the pages and give me a nice list? My boss said something about a Google tool.....and please do not suggest compete.com or spyfu.com! These sites suck!

these tools are what I use to determine the site's keyword density and prominence... as much as possible, I like to keep the density between 2 to 4% and the prominence higher than 70%
