OK ill keep it breif. It is a good idea to sign yourself up for all these systems. Do it as cheaply as possible. The more you pump into doesnt help at all. Also unless your selling or offering something unique you most likely will not be in the upper 25. People ususally dont look past the top 15.

I suggest advertise in your local area fist and become a success there before moving online. Online advertising is extreamly hard unless you have a service and/or product that is completely unique.

Plz elaborate your experience with PPC sites. Did you try Google Adwords/ Overture? If Yes, wht really happened?

Thats actually good advise that I hadn't thought of....a local marketing campaing first before adwords.
