GPI launches New Global Search Engine giving users 3x the search: by language, by country, and by search engine!
WASHINGTON, DC, - April 21, 2009: Globalization Partners International (GPI), a provider of website, software and documentation translation services in over 100 languages, announced today that it has launched a new search engine for international business professionals, travelers, students, researchers and anyone else who needs to easily search the web by language, by country, and by search engine.

“Glearch started as an internal tool for GPI’s staff of translators, researchers, copy writers and global search engine specialists, as well as an answer to a common request from clients to find country specific information from hundreds of separate sources on the web,” said Martin Spethman, GPI’s Managing Partner. “Glearch’s global map-based interface and compilation of country specific facts, web resources, maps, newspapers and top sites bring users a wealth of information on one screen.”

Glearch is freely available and can be accessed at: www.glearch.com

A new search engine? That's interesting!
I just visited www.glearch.com - it looks kinda cool, but I would still prefer Google maps than theirs.

When there is Google why you people talk about other search engines. Although if a some other search engine come up with more technologies and features than Google, it will be automatically noticed by the world. So it is of no use talking about other search engines until Google gets beaten up.

I want to know what climatologists who disagree with the popular media have to say about global warming. I would like to see an article that doesn't qualify (and thereby attempt to undermine the validity of the science) with the disclaimer that the scientist is funded by an "evil" corporate entity. If the study is solid, then quote the person without qualification, otherwise, don't waste the ink.

Are there really room for more search engines? I keep seeing lots of variations of different search engines but will people really use it? I think there are maximum room for 2-3 search engines and to compete these days you really need something groundbreaking.

Google is a very good and frindly search engine. but different people different views, I still feel there is always space for improvement and if the other search engines find that space and do something better, it can definitely give a solid competition to Google

Even though I'm pretty much happy and content with yahoo and google, to be honest, its still good to know new search engines. Since it would always make top search engines to keep improving there services that is if they don't want to be left behind by the new ones that is coming out.hehe
