I mainly get traffic for my sites from Google. Also Yahoo provides me good amount of traffic and conversion ratio is also good. But from Bing I generally do not get good visit.

Very few people like the bing. Bing gives very low traffic, even if your site is well ranked in bing.

I used Google Analytics which I am sure you are well informed, but I see that I get a few more people of Bing / MSN. Maybe Bing / redo MSN are how they make their search engines and that's why people are more outstanding.

I give more important to google top ten ranking.I optimize the keyword for only google not for any other.But Bing is good and yahoo also.

In my case, I only get few traffic from Bing. Definitely not good enough to be compared with traffic from Google.

google seem to have dropped 2 of my sites for no apparent reason, but they're still on bing and yahoo and get decent traffic.

Well, I actually don't receive traffic from bing. Most of my traffic comes from Google.

Yes they are considered backlinks. The links on other sites link to your website is considered a backlink.
