That is not true. Traffic doesn't help 1 website to increase it's PR. Instead using PTC Campaign why don't you try affiliate marketing it could help.

The simple answer is no, PTC advertising is only effective with other ptc sites and similar online money making schemes.

Also it does not increase pagerank and never will.

PTC sites has nothing to do in pr. The only thing you got for this is a junk traffic.

I think PTC advertising is more effective for PTC sites. It does not help in increasing page rank. PTC allows to earn easy cash pays members for viewing our advertiser's websites. Signup is free and simple, only name and email required.

PTC is not effective in ranking but backlinks do . PTC can only gain traffic but sometimes their is tendency of click fraud so it is scary to get junk traffic from it because people tend to click your links for some money and they might overdo it

PR is the importance Google gives your site. One of the main checkpoints on how Google ranks your own site's importance is the importance of sites linking to your website.
