Hi All,
I have notice that in organic search engine where we get two types of reasult
1- domainname.com- United States - Cached - Similar
2-domainname.com- Cached - Similar
please distinguish between above two option, why is showing search engine United State

your suggestion would be appreciated.

it depends on your target market, google sees that you're targeting US thats why they show US.

but still we are not targeting individual US market whenever we are looking universal..
