I think off page optimization will give you quick indexing. In off page, Bookmarking is the best way to cached and indexed your pages. Google frequently crawl bookmarking sites, and in this process your page will get indexed. I have done it.

Also there are many other ways like article submission, blogging, yahoo answer, reviews, forum postings etc.

Well to ge indexed in search engiens submitting your sites URL only is not sufficient you will also have to build back links for it, will also have to promote it uisng various methods such as SEO, SEM, Social networking sites, PPC etc.

Build some quality links for your site and make sure it has unique content or not.
