The Other Search Engines

Hello Friends,

I am working a site which are good on yahoo and Google but
it's not good ranking on bing or msn,when i am following
same strategy for all search engines then my site not good
on bing ? should bing seo policies are different s then
yahoo and google. what i will do get good rank on bing ?

Hi dude,

MSN has some guide that is very helpful to optimize your website.Follow the bing guidlines that is provided by Bing search engine.

All search engines want the same thing, and that is to return the best results to their users.

SO if you think SEARCH (by people) rathan Search Engine and optimise and promote for PEOPLE your pages should perform equally on all Search tools.

It's only the short sighted mentality of focussing on one tool that cause the imballance between SEs.
The USERS of the tool are your customers NOT the tool itself.

And BTW... You should have pretty much identical rankings on Bing and Yahoo! since Bing is now powering Yahoo!'s organic search results. There are occasional differences but they are identical most of the time.

I agree that different seo algorithm lead to the different rank.You can test it by a few sites,find out what's the better method to optimize.

I think you are facing bing dance with your SERP. Concentrate on generating backlink and check the traffic from where you get a maximum traffic.

The Search engine algorithm are different for most of search engine, for this the result of all the search engine are different.If you should work according to one search engine then down ranking in other, so choose a perfect and best optimization technique of all search engine

It is because of algorithm all the search engines maintains their own algorithm for ranking the websites.

If you rank in Google and Yahoo already, that means that do enough already. There's no need to add up for some extra work.

i had same experience . i know why it happens .\, one thing you should know that search engines are content hunger , when it find your website new content then it will give you high ranking and when your websites bounce rate increases then it will degrade your website .

According to me , the keyword richness in the content will increase the ranks in bing.

If you have an increase rank in Google then why are you worried about the other search engines for you already got the 80% of what Google gives?

Do some minor changes in your website and Submit your website url to bing and msn again,so that it will get indexed again and note the rankings,..It is a good practice that do changes to your website daily and submit to search engines,.so that your website will be familiar with search engines and also increases your rankings too,..Most of the people prefer Google,rather than any other search engines,why do you worry about other search engines...
