I think you should learn the proper arrangement of words first for us to be easily comprehend what you are talking about. If its the rules you are talking about, it is just common thing that it change because Google updates.

Good? or Google? If its Google then it actually does. As a user or SEO you must be updated at what Google is doing, releasing etc. We are the one that needs to adjust not Google.
