The Email I got:
Dear Google AdWords Advertiser,
We have great news about your Google AdWords ads. Google
has partnered with America Online to provide AdWords ads in
the sponsored links sections of AOL (including AOL.com),
effective immediately. Ads will also be shown on AOL's
CompuServe and Netscape sites in the near future.
-> REACH MILLIONS MORE CUSTOMERS <-
Google's partnership with AOL greatly expands your pool of
potential customers. If your ads qualify, they will be shown
on AOL, which has more than 34 million members and on the
AOL.com website which receives tens of millions of visitors,
many of whom are searching for your product or service. This
presents a unique opportunity to cost-effectively generate
many more leads.
-> WHAT DO I NEED TO DO NOW? <-
1. If you're currently running ads in the original AdWords
CPM service, you'll need to switch your account to Google
AdWords Select as quickly as possible, as only AdWords Select
ads will be shown on AOL's sites.
To learn about AdWords Select and make the switch, visit:
https://adwords.google.com/select/
2. Check your ads! We've recently updated the AdWords
Editorial Guidelines to help you meet your advertising goals
with ads that perform at the highest possible level. Your
ads will continue to run on Google.com and generate targeted
results unless they don't meet the Editorial Guidelines, in
which case we will let you know via email. The ads will then
be pulled from circulation to give you time to edit them.
Once you make and save the changes, your ads will auto-
matically be resubmitted to us for review.

3. Increase your daily budget. If your ads qualify for our
partner sites, you can expect a lot more people to see your
ads and a lot more clicks to come your way.

4. Increase your maximum CPC if necessary. Only the top 3
AdWords Select ads will be shown on AOL for any given search
result. Your ad's position is determined by its clickthrough
rate and your maximum CPC, so you may want to increase your
CPC to help improve your ad's position.
