Search engines like fresh content. So keep updating content of your inner pages very often to get them indexed.

Try to get quality back links that will help you to index your web pages. if you are not familiar with SEO ,then just approach a good seo.

Submit sitemap again by pressing resubmit button in the Google webmaster tool. It help to reindex for inner pages also.

Gather quality links for those inner page and do sbm for that innerpage it will be crawled by google soon after that.

Yes thats true, you can resubmit your sitemap from webmasters tool to reindex your inner pages but google has its own crawling rate. But this will make difference.

There are number of ways for re-index websites or inner pages like ping every pages as regularly , submit our site map to search engine web master and do effective directory submission which are really fascinates for our sites. If We do so , then I am sure that Search engine re-indexed our sites or inner pages as soon as far.
