The Other Search Engines

I keep reading about something called the Webby Awards in a bunch of different forums. Have any of you heard about this? I heard that if you submit your site and win, you gain ultimate exposure for your site. Sounds good to me, but I've never heard of it until just the other day. The site is http://www.webbyawards.com/main/. Let me know what you think. I just might submit my site :-).

You are correct. The Webby, I think, is one of the best awards your site can get.

The Webby Awards presents two honors:

The Webby Award and People's Voice Awards.

Members of The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences select the nominees for both awards. You can vote for the People's Voice Awards for each category online.

They get thousands of submissions, so your website better be good to be among the nominees.

I appreciate the feedback. I just wish I knew who I was up against if I do decide to submit my site. I guess I'll just have to wait and see! Wish me luck!
