Hey guys does anyone know of a decent ppc that takes paypal please let me know as i only have a uk debit card so i cannot use adwords

Have you tried getting a paypal Visa debit card? That should be accepted as a CC with adwords and other major PPC co's.

What card have you got? I use Switch on the site okay. I don't know about Visa Electron though. Are you doing it through google.com or google.co.uk? I think there is a difference, not 100% sure though.

i have a solo card mate.

Just had a look in my billing preferences and they do take Solo cards, so you are in luck. Make sure you go to http://adwords.google.co.uk and not .com.

Adwords is the best, so forget the rest and get hooked up with some one who has one. As now your adwords account can be managed by another user and i think he can pay on your behalf. So have them pay for your account and then send them paypal. ..
