The Other Search Engines

Hello, I am wondering if keywords, in PHP coding, get listed in search engines. If I include a php include into my page, and inside that php include are the keyword/description tags, will search engines still crawl through it and find my keywords?

The spiders will crawl anything that is downloaded to them. If your PHP code echos text, the SE will see it. If it's just PHP code and not actually written to the browser, they will not see it.

For example:

Code:

<? echo "art and photography"; ?>

will print the words "art and photography" to the browser, but it won't see the php junk like the word echo.

Php is server side scripting, so when the search engine bot gets to your website everything is already converted, unless further action must be taken to invoke a php printout of something.
