One continual concern with PPCs is that there is really no way to discover the real percentage of CLICK FRAUDs

But one way to help counter-balance your loses - is to place your PHONE # on the Ad itself

of course - Make sure the Ad is clear about what you offer

This will produce callers who contact you without having to click on your AD to find your contact info.

Of course, this only works well for clear-cut products and services - or companies that require consultations to assist potential customers or to get refined info.

I guess it could generate a few extra inquiries, but I doubt that many internet users would call the phone number without first clicking on the ad.

It depends on the Service or Product and the personality of the surfer - after trying this experiment and querying callers who did respond (has set up a seperate Phone # just for the Ads)
A significant number of callers never clicked on the AD

Some people apparently prefer a HUMAN touch and are not really patient surfers

When one considers that estimates of 20% of all clicks are fraudulent - you need all the help you can get -
