The Other Search Engines

I was hoping some one around here could send me in the direction of a good cheap or free directory script. I was hoping to add catergorys to a site I own that would allow webmasters/site owners submit there sites in the the category the goes best with there site. Nothing too fancy just basic 12-20 categories.
