Realistiically how many people are going to buy something from you when they've ended up on your site completely randomly. With no intention of buying anything and certainly not targeted towards whatever product or service your selling it's an unrealistic proposittion to say joining this will increase your sales.
These sorts of free traffic schemes never work. If your a member of one now think about how you view the sites that you visit. You'll do the same as everyone else, quickly flicking between sites to build up the return visitors sent your way. You don't pay any attention to the sites your sent to and niether to anyone else!
