Nope it will be seen as a mirror site. You can only promote one site that has aliases, promote more and you run the risk of the wrong hostname being the one the SEs choose to show.
have the .com 301 to the .co.uk to make sure it doesn't get crawled by accident and cause a split in the site link pop.
