There's nothing wrong in submitting in SE. some said that its just a waste of time.. But for me, its not a big deal if you submit it or not..

Baidu is the most popular search engine in China,but i think there have some pepole use Google too.Sometimes you could not search some thing on baidu but you can find it on Google.
