5. Opt-in Email marketing. You absolutely must collect the names an email address of your visitors if you want to have any real success for your website promotion efforts. Few visitors will buy the first time. That's why you need an autoresponder series set up to follow up with them and keep the prospect returning to your site.

6. Exchanging links with related but non competitive sites will bring you targeted traffic and boost your page rank. An absolute must if you want to be listed on the first page of google. It's a necessary website promotion strategy and should not be overlooked.

Actually she/he hasn't written any of them, They are C&P quotes from ezinearticles.

Bit of background;
I mod at 3 forums (2 SEO ones) and visit quite a few others. So I see (and delete) the same user names posting the same kind of stuff every day, and you develop a "nose" for spotting the link droppers, even the ones who show a bit of flair and post large chunks of copied text claiming they wrote it.
Then of course there are the ones who claim to have just "found" this exciting and useful site, that was only registered a month before, can't be found in any SE and just happens to be the "home" page in their profile or it's their username.

Seen all the tricks and I'm pretty adept at finding duplicate or scraped content.

Or maybe it's that I'm simply more cynical than you guys.
