I am planning on having all of my 300+ Product pages linked to my homepage http://www.health-marketplace.com , to give them all as much PageRank as possible. Will this hurt my site in any way?

It looks like you already have links back to your homepage from each of your product pages. At the bottom I find:

Home-News/Info-Contact Us-Product Map

What I think you should do is replace home (keeping the absolute link) with "Health Marketplace Home." Or with whatever your main keyword is.

Let know if I misunderstood you.
Are you saying you were going to put links to ALL your product pages on the homepage? If so, I would not recomend it with that many links and instead would use a site map, which would not pass quite as high a PR, but is your better bet appearance wise.

Work on getting a higher pagerank to the index page which will also boost the pagerank of your sitemap (usually will be one PR lower).

Thankyou for the reply, Ill take your advise on changing the home button.

I will also add a Site Map. As far as the homepage is concerned, I expect to to get the overwhelming majority of my traffic to come through my product pages so I am willing to give up a little in appearance to give them more PR. I guess what I wanted to know was if there would be any major side effects from putting all these links on the homepage other than appearance. thankyou

I found a couple other problems. Looks like you do have a sitemap, but the links are setup wrong (looking for pages on your hard drive) http://www.health-marketplace.com/sitemap.htm

Also I see you did your whole site without using the www. on all links.

This can cause problems. Everyone and every site linking to you would need to link to you without using (www.). You should do it one way or the other but by far the most common is to use www which is the way most sites will link to you. For example www.webmaster-talk.com is a PR of 6 while webmaster-talk.com wthout the www is a PR of 2.

Google guidelines "suggest" that you limit your links to 100 or less per page. Many (including me) believe that Google stops crawling after the first 100 links.

Thankyou for the Reply. Even if the extra links on the homepage are not recognized, will the Page Rank still be transferred to the pages past 100 links?

Wont hurt you will just lower the pr of those pages say for example you homepage was 6 and you had 1 link to another page then that page would get a pr of 5-6 but if you link to hundreds of pages all of the pages will have a pr of about .25
